Any successful hire begins with the accurate delineation of the commercial objectives of the role and the identification of the skills required to successfully meet them. We have therefore developed a methodology for helping the client (and us) to identify the skills and experience required to perform successfully in the role and to establish the KPIs against which that success will be measured.

We explore candidates’ career and lifestyle aspirations during the course of our competency based interviews and only forward candidates who we assess as meeting all the selection criteria and who are genuinely interested in the role and only ever submit a cv for a role with the express permission of the candidate.

This approach has achieved high rate of acceptances of offers of employment and equally strong retention rates.
